Glasgow Helicopter Incident: Visit by Deputy Prime Minister

Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg visited the site of the Glasgow crash yesterday and met with Scottish Ambulance Service staff who responded to the scene on Friday night.

Mr Clegg was accompanied by Scottish Secretary, Alastair Carmichael and Glasgow City Council Leader Gordon Matheson. They paid tribute to the emergency services involved in the rescue and recovery operation at Clutha Vaults.

The thoughts of everyone at the Scottish Ambulance are with of those affected by the tragic accident.
