We need your help

The Scottish Ambulance Service wants to hear from people that have used our services in a situation where a patient has experienced a mental health crisis.

We want to ensure that we are giving our patients the best possible care we can and that we are meeting their needs and expectations, so it’s vital we hear from those who have experienced our work, first hand.

Perhaps you experienced our services as someone who has helped out someone in a crisis; perhaps you your self have been a patient. We pride ourselves on being a caring, proactive service and we need your help; we want volunteers from all over Scotland to share their experiences so we can continue to develop and grow our response.

Please email with a bit about yourself and your experiences.

Thank you
