Can you tell me how many times the Scottish Ambulance Service have been called out to the Amazon Warehouse in Amazon Way, Dunfermline KY11 8GQ in the last year (2017)? In each can you identify what was the reason for the call-out was? If there were injuries to be treated can you identify what they were, if they required to be taken to hospital or treated at the scene and whether they were considered life-threatening or non-life threatening? Can you also provide the answers to the questions above for the years 2015 and 2016.
