We have more than 3,000 frontline operational staff based at our 152 ambulance locations, serving a population of over 5.2 million people over 7.7 million hectares of the Scottish mainland and islands. In addition, nearly 400 people work in our three Emergency Medical Dispatch Centres (Inverness, Edinburgh and Cardonald) and hospital sites.
