The Help We Offer

The Scottish Ambulance Service provides Accident & Emergency and Non Emergency services to the people of Scotland from a total of 152 locations. These locations are a mix of Ambulance Stations and Home Based operating points. We also operate our Helicopter Emergency Medical Service from two dedicated Air Bases; one in central Glasgow an one at Inverness Airport.

Community Responders A Community First Responder is a local volunteer who agrees to undertake training in order to be able to provide life saving treatment
