Information Requested

I would like to know the call signs for the units that are stationed at Falkirk community ambulance station. Preferably for the rapid response vehicle and one of the ambulances.

Response

The Scottish Ambulance service has considered your request and the information requested is exempt under Section 39 Health, Safety and the Environment. Releasing of the requested information would or would be likely to endanger the physical or mental health or safety of an individual 39(1).

Section 39 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act, is subject to the public interest test. The Scottish Ambulance service has considered the public interest test in regard to the application of this exemption and it is satisfied that the public interest falls in favour of maintaining the exemption due to the perceived significance of threat disclosure could cause to Service delivery and the health and safety of the public and our staff.
