Linen / Blankets are provided via other NHS Scotland Health Boards

  1. b) Is clean linen delivered to one location within the trust or multiple locations?

Multiple locations around the country


  1. c) If it is sourced via a supplier, who is the supplier?

Provided via the NHS Scotland Health boards


  1. d) Is this provided by means of a framework agreement?

This is provided as part of Service Level Agreements (SLA) between local Health Boards and the Ambulance Service 

  1. e) How is soiled linen dealt with?

Soiled linen is picked up from the stations as per the above SLA, for return to the local Health Board laundry department for cleaning and subsequent return to the stations.
