  • Whether the print management solution is hosted on premise, hybrid or off premise?
  • If on premise, does the Service plan to migrate it to the Cloud and within what timeframes?
  • The name of the person at the Service who is responsible for the management of the contract
  • Does the Service have a Central Print Room?
  • If yes, who is the current supplier to the Print Room?
  • What software is currently in use in the Print Room?

  5. Framework used. – NP794/18
  6. Contract start date – 01/10/2018
  7. Contract expiry date – 30/09/2023
  8. Name of print management software in use - Equitrac.
  9. Whether the print management solution is hosted on premise, hybrid or off premise? – Off premise
  10. If on premise, does the Service plan to migrate it to the Cloud and within what timeframes? – N/A
