In line with Freedom of Information Legislation, I would be grateful if you could comply with the following request. Can you provide me with the following: The amount of time spent in total by call handlers dealing with malicious calls per year, from 2014 to 2024.

Please see the attached sheet detailing the time spent on Malicious Calls.
It is important to note: The time below is inclusive of when the call started to when the call ended. The Call end time is not always recorded when the call handler exits the call, it may only be discovered to be a malicious call after the crew have attended.
The Scottish Ambulance Service archive only contains information as far back as 2020.
