The Finance and Payroll departments issue invoices to recover ALL overpayments and will pursue payments through due process to ensure the monies are recovered. The Scottish Ambulance Service does not have a record of overpayments being written-off. It is for this reason we have applied section 17 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act 2002, as information not held.I am requesting information on the number of instances the Scottish Ambulance Service has engaged the services of the Central Legal Office solicitors to prevent employment tribunal proceedings including data from January 2018 to March 2025?
Information from the Central Legal Office (CLO) is not held in a way that allows us to report on prevention of employment tribunal proceedings. It is for this reason we have applied exemption 17 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act 2002 as information not held.
