Will the Board be advising the public, perhaps via its web site, on the many changes to policy and practice which will be necessary to properly and fully comply with the Equality Act 2010 ?

We have applied section 17 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act 2002 as, information not held.
The Scottish Ambulance Service will consider the recent Supreme Court decision and review any relevant updates to NHS Scotland workforce policies and guides as appropriate. SAS will also be reviewing all education, training and digital products to reflect the decision and that any guidance from the Scottish Government and the Equality and Human Rights Commission will be followed when that is produced.
