Please could you provide me with the following information:
Non Medical Non Clinical ( NMNC) temporary agency spend for Ancillary, admin and clerical and corporate functions staff in the last 12 months.

Name of Procurement manager and their email address- Response
In the last 12 months (1st July 2024 – 30th June 2025), the Scottish Ambulance Service’s spend on Agency Staff was £12,524. This was with Pertemps Recruitment Partnership Ltd for temporary agency call takers in ACC, which ended around October 2024. There was no other Ancillary, admin or clerical temporary agency staff utilised in the Scottish Ambulance Service.
The Framework was bought through ESPO Managed Services for Temporary Agency Resources. MSTAR4 (Managed Services for Temporary Agency Resources)
