  1. Details of any software/platforms currently used to manage your organisation’s social media accounts. - The Scottish Ambulance Service uses Hootsuite to schedule, post and evaluate content across their social media accounts.
  2. The annual cost of these tools. - £1281.60
  3. The contract expiry date(s) for these tools. - 20th May 2026
  4. Details of any software/platforms used for social listening or media monitoring. - Press Data is used for media monitoring.  The Scottish Ambulance Service does not carry out social listening. 
  5. The annual cost of these tools. - The annual cost of media monitoring is £6000

The name and role of the person responsible for overseeing these contracts. - The Head of Corporate Affairs and Communications is responsible for overseeing these contracts.  We have applied section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act 2002.
