Records of ambulance call-outs to addresses on Upper Constitution Street, Dundee, during the period of 20 Aug 2023 - 20 August 2025. This should include: - Date and time of each call-out. - The time of arrival of the ambulance at the scene. - Any delays experienced due to parking obstructions, and approximate duration of those delays. - Any details of the impact of the delay on patient (if available and without compromising patient confidentiality). Any correspondence between the Scottish Ambulance Service and Dundee City Council regarding the proposed TROs on Upper Constitution Street. We understand the importance of protecting patient confidentiality. Please redact any information that would compromise this. We only require data that demonstrates the impact of parking on ambulance response times, without identifying specific patients.

The Scottish Ambulance Service recorded 11 incidents on Upper Constitution Street, Dundee – identified using DD3 6JP and DD3 6JW - from 20th August 2023 to 20th August 2025. The Scottish Ambulance service has a duty, under the Data Protection Act to avoid directly or indirectly revealing any personal details. The number of incidents is too few to report on dates and times as they could become identifiable. The Scottish Ambulance Service records information on response times, this captures the time from when an ambulance is despatched to when it arrives on scene. We do not hold information on how long it takes the crew to go from the ambulance to the patient, therefore do not hold any information on delays duration of delays or the impact of the delays.
The Scottish Ambulance Service has not been consulted by Dundee City Council on any parking restrictions on Upper Constitution Street, Dundee.
The Scottish Ambulance Service has also not shared any access information with Dundee City Council that would result in restrictions being put in place.
