Could you please provide the following information: for jobs passed from NHS24 to SAS, what percentage of these result in conveyance and non-conveyance to hospital by crews? Could this be divided into calls originating as an ILT request from NHS24 to SAS, and all other calls. Also for ILT requests from NHS24 to SAS, and all other calls from NHS24 to SAS, what percentage of these jobs are subsequently classed as: non-emergency, emergency or resuscitation, following attendance by crews.

Please see the attached sheet detailing the information requested above for attended incidents from 01/09/2024 - 31/08/2025.
The first tab details the total NHS24 attended incidents as recorded, the total number that were conveyed and the percentage conveyed.
The Scottish Ambulance Service is currently implementing a new clinical system. This phased system has been in place since June 24 and involves only a portion of Scotland. There is the possibility that an incident from the Terrapace 3 system could be counted in the Terrapace 2 system and therefore the figures in the table should NOT be added together.
The second and third tab detail the NHS24 attended incidents broken down by whether they were emergency, non-emergency and resuscitation as recorded on T2 and T3.
Terrapace 3 is still under development and therefore does not have the function to report on incidents by colour. This information may be available once the implementation has been complete.
