Information Requested: Barony Castle Building Warrant record drawings. 95/00382/FUL / 95/00383/LBC – Conversion of hotel & extensions to form residential Scottish Ambulance College for Scottish Ambulance Service NHS Trust I'm trying to locate any record information - plans specifically - of the above work for a client. We've contacted Scottish Borders Council but their archive disc is corrupt and we're not able to recover any records. Does the Scottish Ambulance Service have any records they can share please?
Response: I have applied section 17 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act 2002 as information not held to your request. To help explain the application of this exemption, the Scottish Ambulance Service were not owners of the venue, we were customers who purchased hotel and conferencing facilities from the owner. The Scottish Ambulance Service do not hold any plans or building warrants.
