2. What platform hosts the IAR? e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Standalone system (please state) etc.
3. How many staff are responsible for the day to day running of the IAR? e.g., Run reports, perform updates to the IAR and audit the content supplied on the IAR. - NOT including users across SAS.
4. What is the pay band for the staff involved with the day to day running of the IAR?

- Does the SAS have an Information Asset Register (IAR)? - Yes
- What platform hosts the IAR? e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Standalone system (please state) etc. - Excel
- How many staff are responsible for the day to day running of the IAR? e.g., Run reports, perform updates to the IAR and audit the content supplied on the IAR. - NOT including users across SAS. – There are 5 members of staff within the Information Governance department who help maintain the IAR alongside their other Information Governance and Records Management responsibilities.
- What is the pay band for the staff involved with the day to day running of the IAR? – Pay Bands range from Band 4 to Band 8
- Which department owns the IAR? - The Information Governance and Records Management Department oversee the Information Asset Register with each Asset having an assigned Information Asset Owner who is responsible for the asset.
