Please could you provide me with the pay bands for the below roles: AAPs, Student Paramedics Ambulance Technicians We are writing a paper to review all bandings and want to ensure we are in line with all other trusts

Please see below the list of bands for the roles requested: 

 

Advanced Practitioner : Band 7 

Newly Qualified Paramedic: Band 5 

Ambulance Technician: Band 5 

 

Important Information to note 

The Scottish Ambulance Service does not employ student paramedics, they are newly qualified paramedics (NQP’s) until they fully qualify when they become paramedics.
