Under FOISA, I am requesting information relating to the makeup of your information governance/information security/information assurance team(s).
Please provide details of roles (role title and reporting structure), including information relating to Agenda For Change bandings as well as copies of any job descriptions. Please be advised I am not looking for personal details relating to post holders, such as the names of any individual staff members.
Could you please confirm, for each post, the source of funding e.g. funded by internal budgets (and which budget e.g. medical), funded by Scottish Government etc- Response
Within the Information Governance Team include:
Head of Business Intelligence - Band 8b
Information Governance Officer - Band 6
Information Compliance Officer – Band 6
Records Management Officer - Band 6
Administration Assistant (x2) - Band 4
All posts within the Information Governance team are funded by an internal Scottish Ambulance Service budgets that are coded to the Business Intelligence and Information Governance Team.
