I am looking for the number of datixes/inphases submitted in 2025?
I am also looking for the number of datixes/inphases answered?
I'm also looking to find out how many datixes/inphases were answered within the designated time window?
I would also like the above information for the year 2024 too please.

InPhase and Datix hold both an Incident or Near-Miss reporting portal as well as a Feedback portal. These both have differing reporting modules and, therefore, for the purposes of this FOI, we have kept these tables separate also.
