Could you please consider releasing a copy of the report a problem log with regards to this pilot and any documentation that shows actions have been taken so far during the pilot to resolve issues raised by community responders. If there is any regular meeting taking place to monitor the pilot and that meeting has minutes could i ask for these too please.

It is important to note that the MIS Responder App is currently in the developmental and implementation phase within the Scottish Ambulance Service. This pilot phase is limited to a small number of units which have been activated in Scotland and will aid the Scottish Ambulance Service in making a business case for a national roll-out.
We have considered the documents within the scope of your request and, for similar reasons provided in response 25-514 (FOI 25-514 MIS Responder App), we have considered ALL documentation relating to MIS Application as requested in exempt from release.
We are exempting the disclosure of the requested documents in full under sections 38(1)(b), 30(b)(ii) and/or 30(c), and 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA). Where feasible, we have considered partial release but concluded that meaningful redaction would not remove the harms set out below.
