Response

This information has been provided in two tables as a new clinical system is being phased in. This phased system has been in place since June 24 and involves only a portion of Scotland. There is the possibility that an incident from the Terrapace 3 system could be counted in the Terrapace 2 system and therefore the figures in the table should NOT be added together.

Please see the attached sheet deatiling the following information:

The first tab details the top 10 chief complaint incidents broken down by calendar year for ‘G’ postcodes.

The second tab details the total incidents and attended incidents by calendar year and ‘G’ postcode districts.

The third tab details the total ‘G’ postcode outcomes broken down by year.  This details the overall total incidents, managed at the point of call, managed on scene and conveyed to hospital.

The Fourth tab details the total number of incidents that were not attended with the self-travel call stopped reasons by calendar for ‘G’ postcodes, broken down by year.

The Fourth tab details the incidents not attended with referral call stopped reasons by calendar year ‘G’ postcodes, broken down by year.

The Sixth tab details the Terrapace 2 attended incidents where patient referred section was complete in EPR by referral route and calendar year for ‘G’ postcodes.

The Seventh tab details the Terrapace 3 attended incidents where patient referred section was complete in EPR by referral route and calendar year for ‘G’ postcodes.
