- Response
FOI legislation provides a right of access to recorded information that a public authority holds at the time a request is received. It does not require a public authority to create new information, provide commentary, or express views or opinions in order to answer a request.
Following a search of our records, the Scottish Ambulance Service does not hold recorded information setting out a formal organisational position (for example, a policy statement, briefing, or agreed corporate view) on the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill.
