Please provide all recorded information (correspondence / briefings etc) held by your Authority relating to the planned extended closure of Dysart Road in Kirkcaldy in 2026, specifically access for Ambulances / emergency vehicles to Lady Nairn Avenue, Ravenscraig Park and surrounding streets as a result of the extensive road closure which will close the principal vehicle access to this area of the town.
