The Scottish Ambulance Service applies nationally agreed NHSScotland pay protection arrangements. These arrangements are set out in Scottish Government Health Workforce circulars and Agenda for Change terms and conditions, including the Organisational Change Pay Protection Policy, which applies across all NHS Boards in Scotland.
