Please could you provide the following information for the most recent 12month period available: 
1. Service Delivery Model 
Whether make ready services are: Delivered in-house, or Outsourced If outsourced, please provide the name(s) of contractor(s) 
 
2. Costs and Expenditure 
Total annual spend on make ready services, including Staff labour costs, Uniform, Equipment and any associated operational costs. 
Please note exclude vehicle maintenance/repairs, fuel, and medical consumables 
 
3. Vehicle Availability & Breakdowns 
Total number of operational vehicles within your fleet, with breakdown of type, Ambulance, Rapid Response and Patient Transfer. 
 
4. Staffing 
Total number of staff assigned to make ready services with breakdown of roles if available (e.g. technicians, supervisors) 
 
5. Operational Frequency 
Average frequency of make ready per vehicle per 24-hour period & Frequency of deep cleans per vehicle (e.g. daily, weekly, post-incident) 
 
6. Medications Handling 
Whether medication packing is Conducted on-site, or Subcontracted If outsourced, please provide the name(s) of contractor(s) 
 
7. Monitoring and Reporting 
Methods used to monitor and report make ready activity, including Systems/technology (e.g. digital tracking, fleet management software)
