Could you please let me know the total number of times over the last 12 months that your services have attended the street Haugh Gardens in Bainsford, Falkirk, FK2 7RB?

We have interpreted your request as relating to postcode FK2 7RB, as the Scottish Ambulance Service does not routinely record incident information at individual street level. 

 

We hold information falling within the scope of your request. However, after careful consideration we are unable to provide the number of incidents attended within this postcode area. 

 

This information is exempt from disclosure under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 because it constitutes personal data. Disclosure of the total figure could lead to the identification of individuals who required ambulance services. The risk of identification is increased due to the small geographical area, the limited number of incidents recorded, and the potential for the information to be combined with local knowledge. 

 

As disclosure would contravene the data protection principles set out in the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, the information is exempt from release. This exemption is absolute and is not subject to the public interest test.
