Is there a complete ban on the issuing of bank contracts within the west region of the Scottish Ambulance Service?

FOISA provides a right of access to recorded information held by the Scottish Ambulance Service. We cannot speculate on the existence of any alleged ban. We have not identified any recorded information indicating that there is a complete ban on the issuing of bank contracts within West Region.
