- Between 1st January 2013 and 24st January 2023, how many paramedics working for your trust have been reported for:
- Sexual harassment
- Sexual assault
- Inappropriate contact with a patient
Please could this be broken down by the day, month, year as well as the type of allegations (eg sexual harassment of a patient, indecent exposure, rape).
- Please could I have details of the outcomes of these allegations e.g. no further action/ internal investigation/police investigation/prosecution etc.

- We consider a breakdown in this information to be exempt under Section 38 1(b) of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act. An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA states: information which relates to a living individual other than the applicant for the information will be exempt where the disclosure of the information would contravene any of the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the UK GDPR and in section 34(1) of the DPA 2018.
