Please can you tell me how many “critical incidents” have been declared at the service in the financial years of:
i) 2017/18
ii) 2018/19
iii) 2019/20
iv) 2020/21
v) 2021/22
vi) 2022 to date.We sought clarification on the 28th of October 2022 to ask you to define ‘critical incidents’, you confirmed it was ‘state of alert for service use’ or ‘major incident’
