Important Notes to Consider When Interpreting This Information
- The data presented has been identified using the chief complaint category of Mental Health. However, it is important to acknowledge that some mental health-related incidents may have been recorded under alternative complaint categories. For instance, cases involving self-harm might be classified under complaints such as Significant Bleeding, Cuts, or Cardiac Arrest, depending on the nature of the presentation.

- In recent years, a considerable number of incidents have involved intervention by the Scottish Ambulance Service’s Integrated Clinical Hub (ICH). As a result, the original chief complaint may have been replaced with a generic ICH code, potentially obscuring the initial reason for the call.
