Single journeys during COVID-19
We provide ambulance care to patients who need support to reach their healthcare appointment, or for their admission to and discharge from hospital, due to their medical or clinical needs.
If you need care in getting to or from your appointment, you should call us as soon as you are notified about your appointment.
How to book your ambulance?
Call our booking line on 0300 123 1236 (Charged at local rates from landlines and mobiles)
You can also ask your GP or carer to make the phone call on your behalf.
Deaf, hard-of-hearing and speech-impaired people
If you use British Sign Language you can now access the booking line through ContactScotland - Find out more on the ContactScotland BSL website.
