Cancelling your Ambulance Transport

We really need to know if you no longer need our service. If the service is arranged for you, it can be cancelled by:

calling 0300 123 1236 (option 2)

Open Monday 08:15 - 18:00
Tuesday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00
Saturday 08:00 - 13:00

This is a free 24 hour answering service. Please leave your name, which clinic or ward and hospital, date and time of appointment.

If you need to cancel your clinic appointment, please call the number on your appointment card or letter.
