Getting picked up from home 

If you are getting picked up to go to your appointment: 

  • make sure that you are ready to travel at the time when we are due to pick you up 
  • due to limited space on the ambulance, you will only be able to travel with one bag if you are going to be staying in hospital  

Being discharged from hospital 

If you are being discharged from hospital, make sure that any extra luggage is picked by friends or relatives as we can only carry one item of luggage due to limited space on the ambulance.
